RMR Real Estate Income Fund (NYSE American: RIF) is a diversified, closed end management investment company whose inception dates to 2003.  RIF's primary investment objective is to earn and pay to its common shareholders a high level of current income by investing in real estate companies.  Capital appreciation is RIF's secondary objective.

Ms. Clark is President, Chief Executive Officer and Secretary of RMR Advisors LLC and serves on the Boards of RMR Advisors LLC and RMR Real Estate Income Fund (NYSE American: RIF). Ms. Clark is also the Secretary and Chief Legal Officer of RMR Real Estate Income Fund. In addition, Ms. Clark is Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of The RMR Group Inc. Matt Jordan, Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer & Treasurer

Mr. Jordan is Director, Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of RMR Advisors LLC.  Mr. Jordan is Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of The RMR Group LLC and is responsible for all accounting and finance matters affecting RMR and its managed REITs.  Mr. Jordan is also Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer and Treasurer of The RMR Group Inc. (Nasdaq: RMR) and Tremont Realty Advisors LLC.  Prior to joining The RMR Group in 2012, Mr. Jordan held accounting and finance positions at Stanley Black & Decker Company and worked in the audit practice of Ernst & Young LLP.  While at Ernst & Young, Mr. Jordan primarily focused on multinational Fortune 500 clients in a variety of industries.  Mr. Jordan earned a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst.  Mr. Jordan is also a certified public accountant.

Fernando Diaz, Vice President

Mr. Diaz is Vice President of RMR Advisors LLC and President and Senior Portfolio Manager of RMR Real Estate Income Fund (NYSE American: RIF).  Mr. Diaz is Vice President of The RMR Group LLC and has over 15 years of experience as a securities analyst and portfolio manager.  Prior to joining RMR Advisors LLC in 2007, Mr. Diaz was a senior REIT analyst and assistant portfolio manager with GID Securities, LLC and a senior REIT analyst and assistant portfolio manager with State Street Global Advisors/The Tuckerman Group.  Mr. Diaz earned a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Northeastern University and an MBA in Finance from Bentley University.  Mr. Diaz holds the Chartered Financial Analyst designation and is a member of the Boston Security Analysts Society.

Vern Larkin, Chief Compliance Officer & Director of Internal Audit

Mr. Larkin is the Chief Compliance Officer and Director of Internal Audit of RMR Advisors LLC and RMR Real Estate Income Fund (NYSE American: RIF). Mr. Larkin is the Director of Internal Audit for The RMR Group Inc. (Nasdaq: RMR). Mr. Larkin also serves as Director of Internal Audit for all of the publicly traded companies managed by The RMR Group LLC, or its subsidiaries, including: Service Properties Trust (Nasdaq: SVC), Industrial Logistics Properties Trust (Nasdaq: ILPT), Senior Housing Properties Trust (Nasdaq: SNH), Office Properties Income Trust (Nasdaq: OPI), TravelCenters of America Inc. John Harrington, Independent Trustee

Mr. Harrington has served as an Independent Trustee of RMR Real Estate Income Fund (NYSE American: RIF) since its inception and is Chair of the Board’s Compensation Committee.  Mr. Harrington also serves on the Boards of Service Properties Trust (Nasdaq: SVC), Senior Housing Properties Trust (Nasdaq: SNH), Tremont Mortgage Trust (Nasdaq: TRMT) and Office Properties Income Trust (Nasdaq: OPI).  Mr. Harrington was the Chief Executive Officer of the Boston Red Sox Baseball Club until 2002, and is currently the Executive Director and Chairman of the Yawkey Foundation and a trustee of the JRY Trust.  Mr. Harrington is a certified public accountant.

Mr. Morea has been an Independent Trustee of RMR Real Estate Income Fund (NYSE American: RIF) since 2016. Mr. Morea is Chair of the Board’s Nominating and Governance Committee.  Mr. Morea also serves on the Boards of TravelCenters of America Inc. (Nasdaq: TA), Tremont Mortgage Trust (Nasdaq: TRMT) and Industrial Logistics Properties Trust (Nasdaq: ILPT). Mr. Morea is a Trustee of THL Credit Senior Loan Fund (NYSE: TSLF) and Eagle Growth and Income Opportunities Fund (NYSE: EGIF) and an Independent Director on the Board of Garrison Capital Inc (Nasdaq: GARS). Mr. Morea was a Vice Chairman and Managing Director, serving as head of U.S. Equity Capital Markets, at RBC Capital Markets, an international investment bank, from 2003 until 2012. From 2008 to 2009, Mr. Morea also served as the head of U.S. Investment Banking for RBC Capital Markets. Previously, Mr. Morea was employed as an investment banker, including as a Managing Director and the co-head of U.S. Equity Capital Markets at UBS, Inc., the Chief Operating Officer of the Investments Banking Division and head of U.S. Equity Capital Markets at PaineWebber, Inc. and a Managing Director of Equity Capital Markets at Smith Barney, Inc.
