Jennifer Clark President, Chief Executive Officer & Secretary

Ms. Clark is President, Chief Executive Officer and Secretary of RMR Advisors LLC and serves on the Boards of RMR Advisors LLC and RMR Mortgage Trust (Nasdaq: RMRM). Ms. Clark is also the Secretary and Chief Legal Officer of RMR Mortgage Trust. In addition, Ms. Clark is Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of The RMR Group Inc. (Nasdaq: RMR) and The RMR Group LLC. Ms. Clark is responsible for all legal matters affecting the RMR managed companies. Ms. Clark is also the Secretary of all the RMR managed companies, and serves on the Boards of Sonesta International Hotels Corporation (Private), the Board of Diversified Healthcare Trust (Nasdaq: DHC) as a Managing Trustee and the boards of RMR and Five Star Senior Living Inc. (Nasdaq: FVE) as a Managing Director. Ms. Clark is also Director, Executive Vice President, General Counsel and Secretary of Tremont Realty Advisors LLC, a wholly owned SEC registered investment adviser subsidiary of The RMR Group LLC. Prior to joining The RMR Group in 1999, Ms. Clark was a Partner at the law firm of Sullivan & Worcester LLP where she had a broad based real estate practice, including representing secured lenders, borrowers, joint venture partners and investors in loans and leveraged transactions. Ms. Clark earned a Bachelor’s degree in English and American Literature from Brandeis University and a Juris Doctorate from Boston University Law School.
